Non-Returnable Items

At Paw Season, your pet's health and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used pet treats, food, chews, or supplements
  • Opened grooming, hygiene, or health products
  • Used pet beds, blankets, mats, or carriers
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so our team can review your request. If your claim is approved, we'll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
