Non-Returnable Items

At Paw Season, your pet's health and safety are our top priorities. Because of the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used pet treats, food, chews, or supplements
  • Opened grooming, hygiene, or health products
  • Used pet beds, blankets, mats, or carriers
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review your request. If approved, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.
